Mountaineering

By taking the Grasjochbahn, built in 2011 (uphill and downhill), you save over 1,100 meters of altitude, which would make a relatively simpler tour a real challenge. We opted for a counter-clockwise loop. This way, the meters of altitude to ascend are distributed a bit better in this direction and, should thunderstorms build up faster than predicted, the tour could be aborted in the worst-case scenario.
