Hiking
The Storulvåns Fjällstation from the Swedish hiking association STF (Svenska Turistföreningen) is a good starting point for hikes in one of the most beautiful areas in Sweden - Sylarna. You can reach it after a good hour's drive from Åre. The three-day Jämtsland Triangle tour also starts and ends here.

The Storulvans Fjällstation was our starting point for a multi-day trekking tour through the Fjäll. You can easily get to the Fjällstation by bus from the Enafors train station. At the Fjällstation, there are lockers for luggage that you don't want to carry in your backpack during the hike. There are also sanitary facilities and a very good restaurant. If you want to stay longer, you can either take a room or pitch your tent next to the hut.
