Strbacki buk, with its 24.5m, is the highest and most spectacular waterfall in Una National Park, formed by tectonic movements and tuff deposits.
At the beginning of the twentieth century, numerous water mills were built on the banks of the river. Near these waterfalls, Japodic water settlements can also be found, dating back to 1000 BC.

Very beautiful - and much less crowded than the Croatian Plitvice Waterfalls 😊. Now in the second half of September we are almost alone at 11 a.m. and have the waterfalls to ourselves.
