Be careful if you return in the direction of F. Dei Marmi, there is a very steep slope, even if it is a few hundred meters long and is asphalted. My computer (I don't trust the data from these instruments too much) recorded 19%, or maybe more, I remember wrongly. However, after this climb the road is easy and you return to the descent to Seravezza.
Vice versa you can go up from the Cipollaio side, which I did downhill, which is longer than the previous one and seems to me to have challenging sections.
