The church hall, which characterizes the townscape of Neugnadenfeld, was built in 1959/60 and is the "parlor" of the town.

Neugnadenfeld was founded in 1946 on the former site of the Alexisdorf prisoner-of-war camp by people displaced from the former eastern regions, most of whom belonged to the Moravian Brethren. Neugnadenfeld is the youngest, but also one of the most historic places in the district. While the first settlers initially lived in the barracks of the former prisoner-of-war camp, the first newly built houses were moved into in 1951.

Neugnadenfeld was founded in 1946 on the former site of the prisoner of war camp Alexisdorf by displaced persons from the former eastern territories, most of whom belonged to the Herrnhuter Broedergemeente. That is why Neugnadenfeld is the youngest, but also one of the most historic places in the region. In the beginning, the first settlers still lived in the barracks of the former POW camp, but in 1951 the first newly built houses were moved into. The church is still the center of the village.
