Road cycling

Until recently entry was controlled to stop all sorts loitering within. However of late the secured entry has not been operational and tunnel is free for all to enter. Tarmac surface, can be a bit bumpy at times so hold on tight. Especially so at foot of tunnel when at max speed. Look out for pedestrians who seem to ignore footpath and walk on cycle track. Also look out for the odd cyclist travelling the wrong way.
