The Westpark was created in 1983 through an unprecedentedly successful collaboration between landscape architects. The beautiful Westpark is now a popular place for rest, relaxation and leisure for around 200,000 people in the immediate catchment area.

The Westpark is really great. Although it is full on fine roads when the weather is nice, you can almost walk the whole round off alone in small woods and only sometimes cross the main roads. Great also for hill training. And in good weather even rewarded with Alpine views!
