At 868 meters, Tupi Medveđak is the middle of the three mountains of the Medveđak ridge. One of the oldest paths in the park leads to it. As early as 1894, a trail to its summit was built for visitors to the Plitvice Lakes. When the beeches are bare in the colder seasons, a fantastic view of the falling lakes of the National Park opens up to you. In summer, it is significantly quieter up here than down by the water.

Accessible through the Medvedak trails. These are well signposted. Since most visitors go to the lakes, these trails are quieter and you meet significantly fewer tourists. The hikes offer, if you are in this Gegen several days, as the lakes should definitely be visited!
