The village of Chursdorf was once located here at the upper end of the Eselgrund. Unfortunately there is nothing left of it. If you follow the path along the Eselgrund to the Zeitzgrund, you will come to the desolation of the Kursdorfmühle, of which the foundations and a vaulted cellar are still visible.
