Erected in 1897 in honour of Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee, this rather grand clock tower stands on the esplanade at Shanklin.
From its position on the Isle of Wight's south western shore, it can be spotted by passing boats and makes for a wonderful centrepiece to the small town.
