The Engelrading house is privately owned, but can be viewed from the outside. If we meet interested parties outside, we are of course always happy to provide information.
It was first mentioned in 1316 as a castle complex. After several battles, conquests and sales, the property had fallen into such disrepair at the beginning of the 18th century that it was rebuilt as a manor house in 1707.
