The Chicago Lakefront Trail (LFT) is a 18.5-mile-long multi-use trail that runs along western shore of Lake Michigan in Chicago. This scenic trail connects the city's four major lakefront parks along with various beaches. This trailhead is at the northern end of the trail by Osterman Beach, which itself is located at the end of Lincoln Park at Ardmore Avenue. There is public transit to here, and while there is some street parking, it is somewhat limited so be sure to carpool or get there early!
