Cycling
The Wal-Zwijn project area covers a total of 165 hectares. The actual Zwijn sub-area, together with the Grote Wal and Kleine Wal sub-areas (a connecting green corridor), forms one large controlled floodplain. The total project was officially inaugurated on October 4, 2025, after years of intensive work.
