Starting from the town of Bonetti, on the state road 55 (called del Vallone), you go up a wide cart track at times a bit steep up to the plateau. You can then continue south-east up to an altitude of 235 (Kremenjak) always along the cart track or take the amusing Abram Schmid path that takes you to Gabria always running along the border. Along the way, numerous information boards illustrate the numerous military infrastructures built during the Great War and of which the remains can be seen throughout the area.
