    Hiking

Bunker built in 1935 as part of the Neckar-Enz-Stellung, which served as an MG firing post. Like almost all bunkers of this defensive line, this one was also blown up after World War II.

Bunker 329 of the Neckar-Enz positions can be found at this point in the forest.
The Neckar-Enz positions were built between 1935 and 1938 and stretched from Eberbach in the Odenwald am Neckar to Enzweihingen near Vaihingen an der Enz. They were intended to prevent any French invasions of the Kraichgau. After the fall of the West Wall towards the end of the Second World War, the Wehrmacht managed to delay the invasion of the Allied forces by twelve days with this second line of fortifications.

    Hiking

... in the "Bietigheim Forest" near Bietigheim-Bissingen in the district of Ludwigsburg, Baden-Württemberg
    - on the L 1125
    - there are 3 hiking parking spaces P1 to P3

The "Neckar-Enz Position" consisted of 450 individual structures and stretched from Eberbach in the Odenwald to Enzweihingen. (arbeitskreis-bunkerforschung.de/)
    - in the forest there are several former "Neckar-Enz positions" (ruins)
    - the condition of the individual ruins varies from (no longer there) to still there (but are closed)
    -fgut.wordpress.com/bauwerke/wk2/militarische-anlagen2/baden-wurttemberg/neckar-enz-stellung/bereich-bietigheim-forst
    - unfortunately (all) many of the facilities are covered in graffiti
    - historically worth seeing memorials
