Here you should definitely reduce your cruising speed to see everything. The entry is a beautiful suspension bridge over the Lahn, the Löhnberger weir and the old memory. The kiosk on the weir invites you with a cafe and cake offer to watch the canoe and rafting boaters. Then you cycle on a narrow well-paved bike path always along the Lahn, where boat and canoe trips are offered. The bike path ends at Weilburger Schiffstunnel, the longest in Germany.

Source Wikipedia: The ship's tunnel undercuts the Mühlberg, on which the city of Weilburg is located, from north to south over a length of 195 meters, thus shortening a length of about two kilometers to the Lahnbogen. The tunnel was built between 1844 and 1847 and today forms the so-called Weilburg tunnel ensemble together with the parallel road and rail tunnels.
