The Valentinsmühle mill in Minden-Todtenhausen is a Dutch-style earth mill dating from 1858, complete with sails and a wind rose. The original equipment has been partially modernized with contemporary milling machinery (aspirator, trieur, hulling machine, roller mill, and sifters), while still utilizing the old millstones, resulting in a motor-driven mill that remains largely functional today. Visits are possible by appointment.
