On the old Würzburger Straße to Höchberg there is a way of the cross, which stretches for several kilometers and consists of seven altar-like wayside shrines (seven footfalls) carved in sandstone. The first three stations are still in the city of Würzburg, stations four to seven are in the area of Markt Höchberg. It was created in 1625 as part of the Jesuit pilgrimage from Würzburg to Walldürn.
