Hiking
The Braamsplas near Anloo is a natural lake used as a fishing pond. It originated as a pingo ruin: a deep, round basin in the landscape formed over 10,000 years ago. Then, a large ice cube from the last ice age melted, leaving behind a deep expanse that filled with water.
The Braamsplas is located on the yellow walking route through the Evertsbos forest. You can start this route from the parking lot on the bank.
