Hiking

Visible from afar, the former NATO towers are the landmark of the Hohen Bogen ridge. The Reconnaissance Towers, a NATO communications sector F listening post, are located on the Black Bar. Since 2014, you can climb the viewing platform over 262 steps for 6 euros and enjoy the wonderful view of the Bavarian Forest. The entrance is via a revolving door, the ATM also takes notes and changes. Opening hours gipfelsteig.de/oeffnungszeiten-hoher-bogen-mountain-resort
