First documentary mention in 1308. The church is built in Romanesque style. The church tower had to be renewed due to dilapidation in 1734, it was built in Baroque style. Destroyed during World War II, the church was restored. The roof was destroyed by rainwater and cleared away in 1976, only the sanctuary was renewed. Thus, the church received its present form.
