The Schwaigern town hall was rebuilt after the devastating fire of 1905 and has Art Nouveau style elements in the southeast bay and the entrance area. The historical rent office opposite was also renewed after the fire at that time and connected to the neighboring half-timbered house with a central building in the late 20th century.
