Cycling

Over the Eselsbrücke, the road leads in the direction of Schrozberg. A sculpture was erected on the Eselsbrücke to commemorate the "Tauberesel". For centuries, these donkeys carried the heavy sacks of flour from the Taubermühlen over steep climbs up to the town of Rothenburg o.d.Tbr. There are 13 mills over a distance of a few kilometers.

The donkey is of course a beautiful photo subject and the view from the bridge is a delight!
