Large campground in a beautiful forest grove along the Middle Fork Stanislaus river, conveniently close to Sonora Pass Highway, a short distance along Kennedy Meadow road. A mile further the little road ends at Kennedy Meadow resort with restaurant and bar, and trailheads into Emigrant Wilderness.
