A large rock bears the inscription "Bismarck Pulpit 1907". A small rock pulpit was built around the rock, which is where the name for this place ultimately derives. Further historical engravings, mostly of a very nationalistic nature, can be found in the rock itself, including some dating from 1887.

The Bismarckkanzel is a 2.50 meter high rock on the Bismarck path below the Felsenweg.

The eponymous inscription "Bismarckskanzel 1907" was installed on the initiative of the Pforzheim Beautification Association and at the same time a viewing platform was created on the opposite side. The view is unfortunately no longer available today because the forest has grown up.
