In the section near Beatenberg, the road passes through two tunnels, each approximately 200 meters long, which feature a spectacular stone window offering a good view of Lake Thun. Lighting is highly recommended here.

One of the most beautiful routes in all of Switzerland—from Thun via Goldiwil/Heiligenschwendi/Ringgoldswil/Sigriswil/Beatenberg/Interlaken-Unterseen/Krattigen/Spiez and back to Thun, and finally cooling off in the Aarebad Schwäbis or in Lake Thun in Hünibach!
