In the middle of the roundabout is a stainless steel ball by the Italian object artist Luciano Fabro, in which Herford reflects. It marks the end of a lettering that takes the central strip of the Goebenstraße to the museum entrance. To read are excerpts from a poem by Rainer Maria Rilke: 'The Ball'.
