Running
An awesome glacial U-shaped valley to the west of Goatfell and surrounded by brilliant mountains. There is a good trail down the middle and if it's warm enough plenty of good swimming spots.
Brilliant to run down, nice to run up but best as a descent.

Hiking
A wonderful glen with Goat Fell to one side, Beinn Tarsuinn to the other and Cir Mhor at it's head.
