You can drive down these stairs, but they are very uneven, but still mobile. (see photos)
The second part of the stairs comes a few meters further down on the right, after the curve. However, there is a prohibition sign for mountain bikers here.

Otherwise I agree with Lessip's statement:
If you drive the Hermannsweg, the "famous" Lämershagener stairs are a must.
