The Hessian State Parliament is the state parliament and thus the legislative body of the German state of Hesse. Its responsibilities and structure are governed by the Constitution of the State of Hesse. Since its first session in December 1946, the State Parliament's seat has been in the former city palace of the Dukes of Nassau on Schlossplatz in the state capital of Wiesbaden.

Currently under construction. When it is completed, it will surely be a dream building with a wonderful facade.

Since 1946, the seat of the Hessian State Parliament has been the former city palace of the Dukes of Nassau in Wiesbaden, along with other adjacent properties such as the former State Court building, the Wilhelmsbad (Wilhelmsbad), the Kavalierhaus (Cavalier House), and the renovated building with the plenary hall, an exhibition hall, and a media room.

The old plenary hall, which was opened in 1962, was demolished in 2004 and replaced by a new building, which was inaugurated on April 4, 2008. During the renovation phase, the parliament met in Wiesbaden's town hall on the opposite side of Schlossplatz.
