At a crossroads, there is a bench with two large information boards about the Black Forest water supply.
The song of praise is particularly well done.
Clear and bright water flows up to us from the Enz valley, yes, inexhaustible is the source that everyone has in their house. The old lament has now fallen silent
"the well is empty again" thirst burns in my stomach, where do I get the water from.

On several information boards, the water supply in the mountain villages is explained. In September 1897, the structures at Kälbermühle were built, and a short time later, the pressure pipeline to the main Hünerberg reservoir. In front of the historical, very beautifully designed building, there is also a resting bench.

For decades, the member communities of the Black Forest water supply were supplied from the Kälbertal. The drinking water was pumped up to the main elevated tank between Meistern and Hünerberg using hydropower from the Enz. From here the lower elevated tanks were supplied. The Kälbermühle pumping station was built in 1897.
