A pretty little half-timbered evangelical church from the 18th century. I like to stop here for a photo when passing by on one of my bike rides (which was about once a month for the last year [2021]).

Hiking

The Protestant church, a small rectangular half-timbered building with roof ridge, dates from the first half of the 18th century. The altarpiece is from the same period. It contains late Gothic carvings (Mary, Peter, the Crucified).

The church is a real gem ... it is worth taking a look inside ... (quite untypical for EV churches there was something like a confessional). Especially outside it is worth it ... old trees a nice smooth sawn stump of a hollow double pedigree ... a stone wall made of natural stones ... opposite the street an "old" milk bank
