Hiking

A moated castle from the 11th century originally stood here. After it was destroyed in the Peasants' War in 1526, it was rebuilt as a castle. In 2014, the Priesemann family from Frankfurt acquired the property, which, in addition to private use as a gallery, expanded it for overnight stays and events, making it increasingly accessible to the public again.
