The little spring
In the beginning there was water! Water is our most important food because it performs numerous vital tasks in our body. While we can go without solid food for several weeks, we can only go without water for a maximum of two to four days. Drinking water regularly is important because water helps maintain normal physical and cognitive functions. Water is also involved in regulating body temperature.
This small spring here in Johannistal once supplied delicious drinking water for the whole of Manderscheid.
