    Hiking

In mid-October there is sometimes a lot of snow and it is very slippery in some places. Good shoes are highly recommended. The Höchster Hütte was already at the end of the season. Unfortunately we couldn't take the Ultner Höhenweg (towards Langsee) because the path wasn't recognizable due to the heavy snow.

The lifts marked on the hiking maps are private lifts of the power plants and cannot be used by hikers. But running is also much nicer 😊🥾
