Hiking

The Breitach has cut 150 meters deep into the rock within 10,000 years and is considered to be the deepest rock canyon in Central Europe. The impressive gorge has been accessible (through bridges and footbridges) since 1905.
High traffic, paths on gravel, concrete, wooden planks and steel grating.
Above the gorge, the Breitach flows calmly in a wide bed and offers beautiful gravel beaches and green meadows to linger over and over again.
