In the last triple mill in Europe you can still watch the millers at work every day and all year round. In addition to a flour mill, the wind turbine also drives an oil mill and a sawmill. The linseed oil in particular can also be bought in - and it is used in the dishes in the adjoining café.

The Straupitz Dutch Windmill is the last still-operating triple windmill in Europe. It combines an oil mill, a sawmill, and a grain mill. It is a European cultural heritage site.
The mill can be visited, and linseed oil and other specialties are available for purchase in the farm shop. There is also a mill café during the summer months.
The mill has varying opening hours, so please check online beforehand.
