Cycling

For the garden show "Nature in Tirschenreuth 2013" the historic cityscape of Tirschenreuth was revived as a former island town. In the center of the park are the historic Fischhof bridge and the Fischhof, formerly the farmyard of the Waldsassen monastery. The modern counterpart, the Max-Gleißner-Spannbandbrücke, completes the unique atmosphere of this park between history and modernity.

Cycling

The entire park has many attractions, including a fisherman statue built by an elementary school. It's fantastic. The children's playground features a giant wooden fish. The park is well-maintained. The bridge is even more beautiful and authentic than the stone bridge in Regensburg.

Hiking

Wide paths around the lake, beautiful viewpoints and the "Old Stone Bridge" are particularly memorable. From the terrace of the lakeside restaurant, you have a magnificent view over the park.
