Cycling
You'll find a mix of surfaces up on Great Ridge; dirt, tarmac, and gravel. The Old Roman road over Great Ridge is fast and flat.
The section from the Pertwood single track to Hindon is steep down, up, down and up; low gears are needed! It's all very rideable and not a single car will pass you.
