Hiking
The Prodinger Hut is located at an elevation of approximately 1,734 meters at the foot of the Preber peak and is an important stopover on the way to the Preberhalter Hut and further to the Preber peak (2,740 meters). The hut is primarily an unmanned alpine pasture or self-catering station. There is no regular catering; guests must bring their own snacks and drinks.
