The narrow and little-used road leads up the slope in about 15 hairpin bends. However, the pass road should not be underestimated via the southern approach from Auronzo di Cadore, especially if you already have many kilometers and vertical meters in your legs (this pass can be built into a great round of Sesto, Toblach and Lago di Misurina) . From the south, almost 700 meters in height over 8.5 kilometers (average 8%). Several times up to 15%. On an average of about 6 kilometers, the gradient is over 9%.
