The Königs Wusterhausen Broadcasting Museum is located on the site of the former broadcasting facility, Funkerberg, in Königs Wusterhausen. It was from there that the postal service's own longwave transmitter broadcast the first Christmas concert in Germany on December 22, 1920.

The Senderhaus 1, which today houses the Funkerberg Museum, is considered the cradle of broadcasting in Germany. From here, in December 1920, the first broadcast transmission in Germany took place. With stories about the pioneers of broadcasting, with unique technical objects including completely preserved radio transmitters and historical receivers, diverse visitor groups are addressed. The Christmas concert of 1920 as well as the Sunday concerts from Königs Wusterhausen take center stage in the exhibition in the Sendersaal. A special highlight is the 1000 hp Deutz engine, which can be impressively experienced in action during regularly held demonstrations. museum.funkerberg.de
