During our houseboat tour in 2022, we decided to skip Sloten and discover other places instead.
In 2023, it was finally time again and we traveled to Sloten.
The fountain "Kibitz" is actually really beautiful, elaborate, and spectacularly made, and the story behind it is also moving. Unfortunately, the location is not really idyllic; the Sloten fountain "Kibitz" is surrounded by parking lots and streets. Sloten actually has such beautiful places, I would have put the fountain somewhere else.
