The mountain is located in the Stuor Räitavagge valley. Its extremely sharp appearance influenced the Sami in naming it.
The summit of the mountain can be reached without special equipment from the northwest. However, this requires a hike through rough rocky terrain.
The Swedish Tourist Association owns a cabin at the foot of the mountain, Nallostugan.
