As part of the ongoing village renewal project, the town hall and church forecourt were redesigned and the square was beautified with a fountain. The fountain is in the shape of an ammonite and was designed by the Edelsfeld artist Helen Werner. The bronze cast of the Edelsfeld village fountain gives the church and town hall square a special touch. An information board about the fountain was also installed here.
