The stately stone cross with a height of 1.7 meters is made of sandstone and is called 'Carpenter's Cross' or 'The Single Cross'.
According to Lit. H. B. v. Gleichenstein, 1729, has a tradition that relates to the stone cross: 'In May 1696, on May 27th, Hanß Möller was a carpenter ... by Conrad Beckern ... fatally beaten under Creutz and afterwards the neck court was held over Beckern '
In addition to some minor damage, the monument has numerous modern doodles, as well as letters of the Cyrillic script.
