The 'Welterblick' platform can be reached by a hiking trail (approx. 30 minutes) or by a train that goes up and down the mountain. This runs every 15 minutes or 30 minutes. However, it costs € 10 for an adult ride or € 18 for a ride up and down. However, the view is unique. However, parking costs are also € 7 for 2 hours and € 9 for 3 hours. So not a cheap excursion destination!
