Bärenklau Castle is the youngest castle in Brandenburg. It was built in 1928 by the cloth manufacturer Ernst C. Lehmann according to the plans of the architects Alfred Breslauer and Paul Salinger. In GDR times it was a recreational home, after the fall of the wall it was privatized. It was up for sale in 2019.
