The mosaic altarpiece is by the Mettlach artist Gottwald. It depicts the Virgin Mary spreading her protective cloak over the congregation.
In the foreground: a winegrower on the right, a mother with her child on the left, the parish church behind, and the vineyards of Klüsserath in the background.
The Rudem Chapel is located at the end of the 14-station Way of the Cross.
