As early as 1468, the existence of a mill was documented at the entrance to the village of Vierlinden. Grinding has not been done there for a long time. The mill house fell into disrepair. Now the Heimatverein Alt Rosenthal wants to save the building and develop it into a meeting place.

Unfortunately, not much can be found on the internet about the Alt-Rosenthaler water mill, except that a mill at this point dates back to the 15th century. The mill house has fallen into disrepair.
